LakeAir has the policy that all purchases over $215.00 include free shipping. Why is the cost of Shipping so DARN high? There are certainly countless reasons for sky-high shipping costs put forward by UPS, FED-EX, USPS and anyone else in that business. We see this cost being passed onto our customers everyday. The only way we can reduce your cost of shipping is through volume. LakeAir has the policy that all purchases over $215.00 include free shipping, but we don’t feel this goes far enough. If we cannot find a way to reduce this cost, you as a consumer cannot afford to get the products you need.  We ask this question:

$150.00 of Replacement Filters?

Unless you are a business, most people are not going through $215.00 of replacement filters in a year. It seems silly to us for you to buy 2 or more years supply of replacement filters at one time. SO… when you buy any 3 replacement filters at retail price from LakeAir, we will include free shipping! Businesses that are buying at a reduced rate will have to continue to pay the shipping.

What’s the Catch?

The only catch is that our shopping cart on the website is not smart enough to figure this out. You will need to call your order in to our customer service (800-558-9436). Let our customer service specialist know that you want the free shipping on 3 filters, and they will make sure you get this special offer. If you order through the website this discount will not be applied. Work with us and we will work with you.  As much as we would like to, it’s very hard to go back and adjust a sale that was put through on the website. If you don’t call and ask for this offer please don’t expect we can go back and make changes after the fact.
