There we cut the parts out, form the steel and weld it. Starting in the fall of 2022 we added a powder coat line and now we paint the products here too. This a rugged high performance product crafted by American tradesmen and women. The LAFC-RC2 is made to meet the clean air needs of America.

Longevity and Ease of Repair
The blowers in the LAFC-RC2 are rated for 60,000 hours of continual use at high speed. That’s 5.5 years of full time service. Most customers will see 10 to 15 years of blower life with normal use. When it is time to replace that blower, you will find it a easy job. with universal wiring blocks as seen to the left.
We don’t use circuit boards or sensors. These Parts are more likely to fail within 5-10 years. Instead we use simple switches that are panel mounted and are easy to replace. We keep all parts in stock. When you need replacement parts we will send full instructions. This way anyone can repair the unit on their own without returning it to the factory.
Fresh Smelling Air
All LAC-RC2 units come standard with an activated carbon filter. Activated carbon is the best way to remove smells from the air. As air passes through the carbon filter gasses that cause odor is absorbed by carbon crystals. Carbon crystals have millions of tiny pores that gas molecules as they pass by. Carbon has a specific amount of gas that can be absorbed. When carbon has absorbed all it can it must be thrown away and a new filter set into place. When you start smelling odors coming back you know its time to change out that carbon filter.
We offer several different carbon filters for your ceiling mount LA2-RC2 . The unit comes standard with LAFC Super-carbon filter (part# 4990309). If you are removing cannabis smoke and odor you should buy the Cannablend filter. (part# 499169) Cannablend is a combination of activated carbon and a special zeolite. This zeolite is impregnated with magnesium permanganate. This mixture is particularly good at capturing gasses emitted by long chain amino acids found in the terpenes in marijuanna.
