Product Shipping and Delivery.
Packages are generally dispatched for delivery within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS , USPS or LTL (less than truck load “palletized”) depending on the unit purchased.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If you have inadvertently ordered your products in more than one group or you were unable to group your purchases for some reason, please call customer service at 800-558-9436 and we will attempt to group your order and refund any extra shipping costs you may have been charged.
We go to great lengths to protect your product during the shipping process. products that weigh more than 50 pounds are almost always shipped via commercial carrier LTL. You can request liftgate service on any shipment. Depending on your location and the price paid liftgate service may or not be available for free.

All returns require a RMA number. Please contact our customer service center (800) 558-9436 to process any and all returns. Retail returns are generally accepted for up to 30 day from purchase date. In some cases a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund. Its is very important that you ship items back to us with care. If merchandise is returned to us with damage not documented in the return process you will be charged for damage. Package items with great care.
