This kit includes the hardware required to connect your LakeAir Product to the ceiling mounting hardware. All you need to order is the chain.This hardware is overrated for the weight it is supporting. Using the 4 point system the hardware is rated over 2000 pounds. The average weight of an LakeAir ceiling mounted product is just over 100 pounds. We looked at many less expensive hardware options. To be honest, they just felt cheap. If we arwe going to put the LakeAir name on a product you can bet it is made to work and made to last.
