Turnbuckles for Air Purifier / Smoke Eater Mounting
Using a turnbuckle in your mounting hardware adds the ability to easily fine tune how your LakeAir product hangs. We suggest you use 1 turnbuckle at each of the 4 suspension points. By twisting the turnbuckle you can raise or lower one of the suspension points. Be sure to use quick links (NOT S-HOOKS) to attach to the turn buckles. S-Hooks can easily come off and create a dangerous situation.
These turnbuckles are rated for 275 ponds each. The turnbuckles have a take up length of 3 inches ( meaning they can reduce or lengthen a span by 3 inches) You should secure hardware to them By use of a quicklink. The image below shows that a quick links is opened and then closed again be turning the hexagonal fitting on the quick link

The turnbuckles sold on are website are intended to be used in hanging LakeAir air purifying equipment only. NEVER use these to suspend Humans. Also they should not be used to suspend or anchor exercise or playground equipment.
