High Performance HEPA Air Purifier / Smoke Eater
The WM2-RC2-HEPA Smoke Guard is a 900 CFM Air Purifier / Smoke Eater . The variable speed controller can be mounted in the unit or can be mounted into a wall switch in another location. This HEPA model has a pre-filter, True HEPA filter and 2 chamber carbon filter to remove odors and gasses.
The HEPA filter removes 99,97% of all dirt and smoke from the air to a size of 0.3 micron. The HEPA filter removes easily and should be replaced every 6-12 months depending on the level of indoor air pollution. The HEPA filter removes the most contaminants from the air in a single pass.
The other two filters add to the performance of the Smoke Guard. The pre filter is a MERV 2 filter and removes the largest of particle from the air. This filter is washable and will last more than a year. The final filter in the WM-RC2-HEPA is a 2 chamber carbon filter. This filter contains 2 .5 pounds of activated carbon. The air is drawn directly through the carbon for maximum odor removal.
Air Purification that Matches Your Shop
Finally an Air Purifier / Smoke Eater you can mount flush to the wall. The Smoke Guard is designed to mount on wall studs set at 24 inch on center. adding a mounting box will allow the unit to be set into a wall with 16 inch center studs. This unit is only 11 inches deep. The attractive vinyl coated steel will project 6.5 inches into the adjacent space (less on thicker walls) or outside if desired.
The Smoke Guard ships with a trim kit to give a finished look to the unit. Air purification should be part of the room design and décor. Customizing the trim to better match your shop should be as simple as matching the trim already in the room. Take your air purification to the next level. Build Your Brand
The Smoke Guard is designed to allow the addition of your business logo or brand right into the unit. There is an area 16″ x 4.25 inches for your custom art work. For a small engineering fee we will take your logo or branding and make it laser friendly. Almost all logos need alteration. Some might well be impossible to copy closely, but we will work with you to find the laser art to make your smoke guard compliment your décor and help build your brand.
