1100 CFM MERV 15 Smoke Eater
The WM2-RC2-M15 Smoke Guard is a 1100 CFM Air Purifier / Smoke Eater . The variable speed controller can be mounted in the unit or can be mounted into a wall switch in another location. The media filter model has a pre-filter, MERV 15 High Capacity anti microbial filter and 2 chamber carbon filter to remove odors and gasses.
The MERV 15 mini pleat filter removes 95% of all dirt and smoke from the air to a size of 0.3 micron. When operated with the carbon filter in place it does a great job at removing odors as well. The media filter removes easily and should be discarded. The Media filter saves you money every year in comparison to replacing HEPA filters.
The other two filters add to the performance of the Smoke Guard. The pre filter is a MERV 2 filter and removes the largest of particle from the air. This filter is washable and will last more than a year. The final filter in the WM-RC2-M15 is a 2 chamber carbon filter. This filter contains 2 .5 pounds of activated carbon. The air is drawn directly through the carbon for maximum odor removal.

Finally an Air Purifier / Smoke Eater you can mount flush to the wall. The Smoke Guard is designed to mount into a wall with studs set at 24 inch on center. A frame can be constructed that will allow the unit to be set into a wall with 16 inch on center studs. This unit is only 11 inches deep, so only 6.5 inches extend into the adjacent space or outside if desired.
The Smoke Guard ships with a trim kit to give your smoke eater a finished look . The Air purification system is meant to be a part of the room décor rather than an afterthought. The Smoke Guard is designed to allow the addition of your business logo or brand right into the unit. There is an area 16″ x 4.25 inches for your custom art work. For a small engineering fee we will take your logo or brand and make it laser friendly. Almost all logos need alteration. Some might well be impossible to copy closely, but we will work with you to find the laser art to make your smoke guard compliment and help build your brand.
